Parmesan Corn Pudding

Gluten Free - 40 Minutes - Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags of Frozen Corn, 10 ounces, thawed

  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, room temp

  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk

  • 1 tsp Cane Sugar

  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt

  • 4 Large Eggs

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine 2 cups corn, milk, butter, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Run machine until corn is finely chopped.

  3. Place mixture in a large mixing bowl and whisk in remaining ingredients.

  4. Pour completed mixture into a buttered, oven safe baking dish.

  5. Cook for 30 - 40 minutes or until center is set.

  6. Enjoy!
