Gluten Free - 40 Minutes - Serves 6
2 bags of Frozen Corn, 10 ounces, thawed
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, room temp
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1 tsp Cane Sugar
3/4 tsp Sea Salt
4 Large Eggs
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine 2 cups corn, milk, butter, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Run machine until corn is finely chopped.
Place mixture in a large mixing bowl and whisk in remaining ingredients.
Pour completed mixture into a buttered, oven safe baking dish.
Cook for 30 - 40 minutes or until center is set.
