Ingredients:
1 tsp Organic Valley Butter
1 medium Red Onion, chopped
1 large Red Bell Pepper, chopped
2 cups Spinach Leaves, torn
9 large Eggs
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp chopped Basil
1/2 cup Organic Valley cheese (we recommend Feta Cheese Crumbles)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Wash & tear spinach; chop & shread all other veggies. Whisk eggs, sea salt, pepper & paprika in a medium bowl to blend.
Grease the inside of a 9 inch baking pan with btuter. Add prepared vegetables and egg mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Sprinkle with tomatoes, fresh basil, and feta crumbles.
Bake at 400F for 35 minutes or until fluffy, golden, and set in the middle.
