Guacamole Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:


  • 2 slices of your favorite bread

  • 2oz Ghee

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Garlic

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Coriander

  • 1/4 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder

  • 1/4 tsp fresh Cilantro

  • 2 slices of American Cheese

  • 1/2 of a ripe Avocado, sliced



Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine softened Ghee with cayenne pepper, garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, chipotle powder and cilantro. Spread mixture on one side of both slices of bread.

  2. Put one slice of cheese on each un-buttered side of bread. Top one side with tomato slices, season with salt, pepper herbs. Top with avocado slices and repeat seasoning. Top with second slice of bread and cheese.

  3. Carefully transfer sandwich to Panini press or grill pan and cook to desired crispiness. Once cooked to your liking, dig in and enjoy!
