Ghee Fudge

Ingredients:


  • 1/4 cup melted Ghee

  • 1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips



Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan over low heat, combine 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and the melted ghee - mix well.

  2. Next, add 2 cups of chocolate chips and 1 cup of butterscotch chips to the mixture. Stir everything together until both types of chips are melted.

  3. Pour mixture into a well greased 8x8 or 9x9 glass baking dish. Refrigerate until the fudge mixture cools and hardens. Enjoy!
