Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cups


  • 2 bars of Alter Eco Super Blackout Dark Chocolate, melted

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree

  • 3 tbsp Cashew Butter

  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice


  1. Break up the chocolate into small squares and melt in a double boiler - or in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then 15 second bursts stirring in between until smooth

  2. Pour about half of the melted chocolate into mini muffin cups. Reserve the remainder for later

  3. Let chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes

  4. Mix together all other ingredients to create a smooth puree

  5. Add a teaspoon of the puree mix to each muffin cup and top with the remaining melted chocolate

  6. Chill in the refrigerator until chocolate is set

  7. Sprinkle with a touch of pumpkin spice and enjoy!
