Creamy Vegan Italian Dressing


Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil (or Avocado Oil)

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (substitute with creamer for a thicker result)

  • 3/4 tsp Kosher Salt

  • 1 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tsp dried Basil

  • 1 tsp dried Thyme

  • 2 tsp dried Oregano

  • 2 tsp dried Parsley


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to fully combine. Taste and add salt, vinegar or herbs as desired

  2. Store in refrigerator. Dressing will separate naturally, simply re-whisk prior to use.
