Creamy Vegan Italian Dressing

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Olive Oil (or Avocado Oil)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (substitute with creamer for a thicker result)
3/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dried Basil
1 tsp dried Thyme
2 tsp dried Oregano
2 tsp dried Parsley
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to fully combine. Taste and add salt, vinegar or herbs as desired
Store in refrigerator. Dressing will separate naturally, simply re-whisk prior to use.
