You will receive your rewards membership ID card at the store when you sign up. You may use the card that very day and we will collect the points on your transaction. If you lose your card, you may get a new card by returning to the store, completing an updated form, and obtaining a new card. We do not mail cards to members or accept sign ups via phone or email. Information about your purchases, points, and rewards is strictly confidential and will not be shared, sold, rented, exchanged or given away under any conditions without your express permission. We respect your privacy and will protect your information with the utmost care and security. We will not abuse the trust you've shown us by participating in our program.

Q: I can't find where to print my reward! A: The slightly tricky part is you need to click on the "Track Rewards" tab which is to the right of the "Points Earned" tab. After clicking you should see the "Print Now" button on the right side when you have a reward ready to print.
Q: What if I don't have my Reward card with me when I checkout? How will I get my rewards? A: No problem, just let the cashier know when you check out and they can look up your card number.
Q: What is the contact email I can use with questions about my rewards card? A: Info@sunflowernatural.com (or leave your question with any cashier the next time you shop.)
Q: I can't log in to my rewards account, what do I do? A: Most likely your email address that we have on file is incorrect, email your rewards card number and the email address you would like us to use to rewards@motherearthstorehouse.com.
Q: What browsers can I use to print out my rewards? A: You may use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Q. My reward failed to print correctly and now I can't reprint it, what do I do? A: Email your card number and the date of the reward that won't print to info@sunflowernatural.com and we will reset the print count for you.
