In 2009 , we installed a 32 kw solar array system, consisting of 153 - 210 watt panels. This photo voltaic system produces no air pollution, noise pollution, does not emit any greenhouse gas emissions, or hazardous waste!

PAPER & PLASTIC BAGS
Hot Cups & Food Containers are biodegradable, & lined with corn- based plastic to provide a petroleum free moisture barrier.
All paper bags are made of post consumer recycled materials.
All of our forks, spoons & knives are made of Bio-plastic. Bio-plastics are biodegradable and, in some cases, compostable plastics derived from renewable raw materials reduce the impact on the environment in absolute carbon footprint terms.
